Boston Cancer Support 
Boston Cancer Support was founded to disseminate information to all who have been touched by cancer by providing access to cancer support resources (ie. transportation, insurance, financial) and community outreach programs for patients, friends and caregivers north of Boston. 

Cancercare 
Professional oncology social workers provide free emotional and practical support for people with cancer, caregivers, loved ones and the bereaved.

Look Good Feel Better
This program helps people with cancer deal with the appearance side effects of cancer treatment. It is open to all women with cancer who are undergoing chemotherapy, radiation or other forms of treatment.  Check the website to see if this program is offered at your hospital. 

Look Good Feel Better for Men  
This is a practical guide for helping men with some of the side effects of cancer treatment, including skin changes, hair loss, and more.

Massachusetts General Hospital Online Resources  
The Blum Cancer Resource Program’s mission is to make support services, as well as respite and community-building areas more accessible to patients and families throughout the Cancer Center.

Wig Bank Program 
The American Cancer Society (ACS) maintains the Wig Bank Program, which allows patients that are undergoing a medical treatment to obtain a synthetic wig or head covering free of charge. There are locations north of Boston in Allston, Andover, Georgetown, Haverhill, Merrimac, and Woburn.

Angel Flight East (AFE) pilots provide free air travel to individuals requiring crucial medical care at distant facilities but lacking the financial ability to fly. Additional services include, the delivery of supplies to disaster areas and other compelling needs, and "compassion" flights for family members.
