Lisa Dorval, MSW, LICSW, Qualified MBSR Instructor, CSME Lisa is a licensed independent clinical social worker with her master’s degree from Boston University. Since 1989, she has devoted her clinical work to empowering children and adults to cultivate positive self-worth and create fulfilling lives. Like many members of the so-called “sandwich generation,” Lisa found herself overwhelmed caring for her three children as well as her aging parents. During this period she explored the benefits of mindfulness which inspired her to combine her clinical training with mindfulness practices to help people achieve greater balance and serenity in their lives. She went on to earn the Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Instructor designation from the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and is a Stress Mastery Educator through the American Institute of Stress.
Heidi Kelleher, PMHNP-BC, NC-BC, CSME After obtaining a nursing degree from St. Anselm College, Heidi served in the US Navy Nurse Corps for three years and was also deployed to Saudi Arabia during the Gulf War. Since then she has worked in emergency care, cardiology and post-anesthesia care. In 2003 she completed a Master’s degree in psychiatric/mental health nursing at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. Through her experience as a nurse practitioner in the psychiatric field and her own personal challenges, Heidi identified stress as a major factor in mental and physical health. She became interested in providing a more pro-active approach and pursued board certification as an Integrative Nurse Coach through the Integrative Nurse Coaching Association in 2018 and became a Stress Mastery Educator through the American Institute of Stress in 2019.
